Welcome to ToolVerse. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Description of Service

ToolVerse provides a comprehensive suite of digital utilities, including 31 PDF manipulation tools and 17 AI-powered tools. These services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our PDF tools operate entirely client-side for maximum privacy, our AI tools utilize external APIs (such as Groq) to generate responses.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When using ToolVerse, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the tool's source code or mining logic.
• Abuse the AI generation endpoints by sending automated, high-frequency bot requests (DDoS).
• Use our tools to generate hate speech, explicit content, or content that violates intellectual property rights.

3. $TOOL Beta Mining Program

ToolVerse currently features a Beta token mining system. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• The `$TOOL` tokens mined are currently in a testing phase and hold no guaranteed real-world monetary value.
• We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or modify mining balances, rates (e.g., the 3x boost), and mechanisms prior to any official Mainnet launch.
• Attempting to manipulate the mining logic via browser console or scripts will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of all tokens.

4. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features (like Pro Sandbox credits), you must register an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings. ToolVerse cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The ToolVerse brand, logo, website design, and proprietary HTML/CSS/JavaScript code (including the glassmorphism UI and custom mining widget) are the exclusive property of ToolVerse. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our design assets without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ToolVerse, its developers, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our tools. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss during PDF processing, reliance on AI-generated content, or issues arising from third-party APIs.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
